The four monumental statues are by J. Massey Rhind and represent four aspects of commerce, according to the NYC Landmarks Presrvation Commission. The building was owned for a while by Pace University. It is now residential, except for ground floor retail space. Two terra cotta angels support the cornice on the Nassau Street facade - helped by lots of iron straps. View down Spruce Street.
