Broadway Chambers Building is designed in the classical base-shaft-capital configuration.
The building's crown is of colorful terra cotta.
Viewed from the Brooklyn Bridge.
The building's base is rusticated (joints emphasized) granite; the brickwork above is patterned to mimic the rustication.
A plain modern door replaces the original, and is out of character.
