One Worldwide Plaza is the 50-story office tower on Eighth Avenue between W49th and W50th Streets - the signature crown can only be seen from afar.

A puzzling projection - Greek elements tacked on to a postmodern building. Can't figure out why.

Bowed double-height storefronts face Lexington Avenue.
Small, as plazas go, but still the most generous pedestrian space in the vicinity.
At street level the color scheme has warmed to blue-green puntuated by gray and near-black polished granite.
Angled wings on the cylindrical tower reminds one of a sattelite and its solar panels.
