The bronze storefronts are a 1929 revision.
The four monumental statues are by J. Massey Rhind and represent four aspects of commerce, according to the NYC Landmarks Presrvation Commission.
Views from the south and east show the Park Row Building's highly irregular shape - and a lack of decoration.

R. H. Robertson used horizontal bands to try to de-emphasize the building's height.
The towers were once used as observatories - now they are designated triplex apartments.

The Park Row Construction Company bought the adjoining lots to ensure that no tall buildings would block the Park Row Building's windows.
